Lisa Lampanelli slated to Host 2011 AVN Awards

Come January 8, 2011, Lisa Lampanelli will join adult superstars Riley Steele and Tori Black in presiding over the AVN Awards.

"It's so exciting to be named as host of the AVN Awards. Thank God Betty White had a scheduling conflict!" Lampanelli joked to AVN. "No, seriously, this is a dream come true. I always wanted to host a show in a room full of pussies, boobs and giant dicks, but they wouldn't let me host the MTV Video Music Awards! I'm also excited because I'll finally have an excuse to wear those crotchless panties I've been saving for a special occasion."

Riley Steele Takes Lesbian Scene Mainstream

Fans at Comic-Con were treated to a glimpse of some steamy girl-on-girl action between model Kelly Brook and porn star Riley Steele.

The pair is making the media drool with talk surrounding the kissing scene. Brook admitted that the two had "a lot of practice" before filming the raunchy scene for the upcoming horror film Piranha: 3-D. Brook also noted, "It's a lot longer in the film. It goes on for quite a long time."

Digital Playground contract star Riley Steele says she loved shooting her scene with Kelly and can't wait to see it up close & personal in 3-D. Riley states "It's not work when you get to kiss Kelly Brook. She's so hot."

Riley Steele To Host 2011 AVN Awards

Digital Playground contract girl Riley Steele has been named the newest host of the AVN Awards Show scheduled to take place on Jan. 8, 2011 at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The show will also air on the Showtime cable network following the live event.

Riley started her XXX career with a bang by performing in the 2008 adult blockbuster and AVN Award winning feature Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge. She hasn't looked back since then starring in 17 other Digital Playground adult releases with more on the way.

Although she's only been in porn for a few years, AVN Awards Show producers think that she's exactly what the show needs to up it's game. Said AVN founder Paul Fishbein, "She's a natural. When we hire girls to be the host what we look for is, can they carry a show? If you need to go to them, can they be spontaneous, can they think on their feet. Even though it's a TV show it's a live event for an audience and she matches every quality... And she's got great screen presence when you see her on film. So I think audiences will love her."

And if you think that Riley's nervous about being the star of the show...think again! Only moments after receiving notice of her selection as host she excitedly asked, "How many dresses do I get to wear." I think you'll do just fine, Riley.

Riley will be a perfect fit as host bringing the same excitement and carefree attitude to the stage as you can see in every one of her XXX films.

Another adult film star will join Riley at the AVNs as co-host. She has yet to be named.
